During the aperitif, a make-up artist will be on hand to transform our guests with elegant Halloween-themed make-up.

8:30 p.m. – Seated dinner

A signature tasting menu, accompanied by a selection of still and sparkling wines:

• Salmon ceviche

•    Felicetti Monograno rigatoni with grouper ragù and burnt lemon powder

•    Pistachio-crusted tuna tataki with teriyaki sauce and pak choi
